I love it when people equate homosexuality to beastiality. Queers are not animals. Stop treating us like we’re less than human.
I really fucking hate when I get on tumblr (a place of accepting and understanding people, supposedly) and see people blogging and reblogging pictures or commentary that say things like “faggot,” “slut,” and especially “nigga.” It kills me. These are offensive words, whether you mean them as a joke or not. They are offensive. You don’t walk around saying “Whats up, kike?” do you? No. Because it’s offensive. I don’t care what your ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, class, gender, sex, personal life, background, etc. is, you are hurting the progress towards equality of society as a whole when you say shit like that. Recognize your privilege. Learn where these words come from. Stop using them because it’s not okay.
